mouse pointer makes program icon in toolbar disapperar

All of a sudden when I want to open a program by rightclicking the
respective icon in the toobar the icon dispappears as soon as the
mouse pointer is on the icon. The icon is for my Kerio firewall.

Has anyone a clue what the problem could be


A second problem which bothers me refers to the toolbar itself. On my
win xp home I do not know how to line all the icons (9) back onto one
single line. While trying to solve above issue I must have changed
somethin and the icons now show in a block on 3 lines
