I'm confused on what you are asking here. Do you need a 32-bit program to run on a computer running 64-bit Windows 7?

If you want to move from 64-bit Windows 7 to 32-bit Windows 7, you can only do so by performing a clean installation.

Please clarify,

Have you considered using XP Mode / Virtual PC? XP Mode is a 32-bit version of Windows XP and will run within a 32-bit / 64-bit environment on Windows 7 (Professional or higher).

To learn more, please see the following link: http://www.microsoft.com/windows/virtual-pc/download.as...

OK so now you have a 64 bit OS, right? it should run 32 bit apps with no problems, what is the app you are trying to use, what is the OS you are using
