Hello. I have XP Pro, and I want to install a program but it says
"COMDLG32.OCX", is outdated. I dont know what version I have, Please tell me
how to update.TIA

The file comdlg32.ocx is normally found in the
C:\Windows\System32 folder. My system is completely up to
date and that file on my system is version 6.0.84.18 and
is dated (in the Comments section, below the version
number) Feb. 22 1999. Just browse to the above location,
find the file, right-click on it and go to the version tab.
If necessary, you can probably download the file from the
Microsoft Download web site or if you have a Microsoft
Windows XP disc (NOT a restore disc), it's certainly on
the disc.
It's probably the program that you're installing that is
the source of the problem, NOT Windows. (just my opinion)
