I have a toshiba and when i boot it up it is asking for ebter current password w

please help me I have a toshiba 305-s53945 the problem is. I hit altctrl and del then it acts like it is going to come on but just askes for me to enter my password and it has a black screen behind it. I cant enter into any other sites it wouldnt do anything please help me if you know how I can fix it? Thank you

type your password.. If this fails because you didn't set a screen saver password then try holding down the power button for 4-5 seconds, then power your computer back on and logging in, disable the screensaver password, then beat your children with wet noodles for pulling these kinds of pranks.
