Hi!

When an Creature Token "dies" does it trigger an "... if a creature is put
in to a graveyard" ability ?

Yes. Tokens actually do die, and things can see them moving to the
graveyard (or anywhere else, for that matter). The only thing that
tokens do differently is that after the leave the in-play zone, they
Disappear.

Nope. It's a creature *card* that's going to the graveyard,
not a creature, so nothing will trigger.

Desperate Ritual
1R
Instant - Arcane
Add RRR to your mana pool.
Splice onto Arcane 1R (As you play an Arcane spell, you may reveal this
card from your hand and pay its splice cost. If you do, add this card's
effects to that spell.)

You can't splice any one card onto the same spell more than once.

502.40b You can't choose to use a splice ability if you can't make the
required choices (targets, etc.) for that card's instructions. You can't
splice any one card onto the same spell more than once. If you're
splicing more than one card onto a spell, reveal them all at once and
choose the order in which their instructions will be followed. The
instructions on the main spell have to be followed first.

In general, such effects refer to creatures going to the graveyard *from
play*. Also, they often come from abilities that the creatures in
question only have while they're in play. (All abilities of permanents
only apply when the card is in play unless they specifically say
otherwise, or only make sense in some other zone.) If either of these is
true, the ability would not trigger from the card being discarded.

Don't post binaries (such as your images of the mana symbols) to a non-
binaries group, ever.

And in response to your question, you're right, you can only splice a
card - Desperate Ritual or otherwise - onto another Arcane spell once
per Arcane spell you cast. You also can't splice anything onto itself,
by the way. However, if you happen to have two Desperate Rituals in
hand, nothing stops you from Splicing both onto the same spell - you
just have to reveal both at once, so it's clear that you do indeed have
two distinct Desperate Ritual cards in your hand.

Yes.

Tokens can't exist outside of play ... but they do go to any other zone they're
sent to, and stay there for a very very short time. A state-based effect is
what makes them Cease to Exist, but those get checked for at very specific
times (as the first part of any time a player gets priority, plus two other
specific times). So the token does get to be, momentarily, in the new zone,
and triggers "when this goes to a graveyard from play", "whenever a creature
is returned to owner's hand", etc., just fine.

(I assume you're still referring to the "Whenever a creature goes to a
graveyard" one your previous post was talking about? You did not say, and
did not include context.)

No, cards in your hand are not creatures. They are not artifacts, lands,
or enchantments either. Your card is a 'creature card'; "creatures" only
exist in play. Discarding a card can only be done from hand (and only to
graveyard), so never involves a "creature" at all, so can't possibly trigger
something that watches for a creature to be put into a graveyard.

You may Splice it on once -per Arcane spell you cast- if you have one Ritual
in your hand. If you have an unlimited number of Arcane spells you can cast,
then you can Splice the Ritual onto them once each.

(If you have two copies of the Ritual in your hand, you can Splice both
copies onto another Arcane spell, for example. But with one Ritual in your
hand, you can only reveal it ONCE and only splice it on ONCE to a given
Arcane spell.)
