Here's a reason why.

Please use a MUCH better, stable, and secure Web browser like Mozilla, Firebird (former Phoenix), or Opera.

Don't click on the link it just crashes IE. It'll crash almost any version of IE. It's a single line of html and I think it was put in to test with and wasn't taken out.

You can read more about the bug here, here, and here. This bug (or feature) not only affects MS Internet Exploiter, but also the following MS software:

- Windows Explorer
- Outlook
- Outlook Express
- Frontpage

The crashes on all those softaware are caused by a single line of HTML:

<input type crash>

So sad for anyone who was working on something important.

No, it was not "put in there to test with". You can put any variable after input type, such as "IE sucks" and the same thing will happen. The reason IE and other applications crashes is because of null pointer with the variable type. It should be type=SOMETHING. But if it is missing, all hell brakes loose. Fortunately, Linux, Mac OS, and every other OS is not affected.
