Hello All
I need to fix this problem. Some programs fail to install and this is the
errror that pops up:
16 bit Windows Subsystem
D:\DOCUME~1\BRUCEM~1\LOCALS~1\Temp\. A temporary file needed for
initialization could not be created or could not be written to. Make sure
that the directory path exists, and disk space is available.
PLease help! There is work that I cannot do without some of these programs
and it is affecting more and more programs.

Is this a new system on which you are trying to install these applications?
Have you checked to see if these applications are compatible with XP, have
you checked for updates and updated versions of these applications at the
application maker's website?
