The damn thing won't eat!!! Anyone with a hermit crab help me please! I bought it for my daughter and it'll break her heart if the damn thing dies.

I havn't had one for years. So does it have a water dish? What are you feeding it, my neice and nephew give there's lettuce and some type of food pellets.

get a tank, put it in your closet, and go buy about 10 of them that all ook the same, then when one dies quickly replace it with another.

Yeah, it's got a water dish and sponge (apparently they prefer to drink out of sponges). I feed it "hermit crab meal" and those pellets. It might be eating- but it sure isn't touching those pellets.
