BIOS Errors

Well basically i tried to update my bios because my bios was a 2007 version and there was a newer one realeased in 2008, and the next time i started my pc it had a ERROR like the following

BIOS ROM CHECKSUM ERROR
DETECTING IDE ATI DEVICE........

DETECTING IDE ATI DEVICE........
FOUND CD-ROM TRY TO BOOT FROM IT....... PASS (i put my windows 7 disc in)

Then i get this screen

Not enough physical memory allocated for windows boot manager

NOTE: the ram is defected and im gooing to collect a new pair tomorrow.

Umm ram wont help.... its perfect...

You have screwed your Bios, if you dont fix it, you will be buying a NEW Motherboard.... specs ??

I have a HP A6305.UK
Motherboard MCP61PM-HM (Nettle 2) I have also replaced the CMOS is there a way i can flash it or anything like that?

Seriously i dont know.
All i know is you put a bios update on a CD then boot from it and reflash.
But the website where i need the update from is an exe file and not iso.

If you are really stuck - you should be able to buy a new BIOS chip and replace it on the motherboard. Have a look on e-bay.
