1)When I have two moonring mirror's out, each of those has their own
"hand" and they keep it separate, right?

2)Also, when one is destroyed and later a new one comes into play it
does *not* know about the previously removed cards?

3)Also, when you remove your hand from the game face down, you can 'get
it back' later? removed with the first or second ability, is still
removed with _this_ moonring mirror.

Kestell Laurie... I presume it's 1) yes, 2) yes, 3) yes

Moonring Mirror
5
Artifact
Whenever you draw a card, remove the top card of your library from the
game face down.
At the beginning of your upkeep, you may remove your hand from the game
face down. If you do, put into your hand all other cards you own
removed from the game with Moonring Mirror.

Correct.

Also correct.

Three for three. Later on you can remove your hand from the game
again and get back the hand you gave up plus whatever cards the Mirror
added to it.

All correct.

"Which one you figure tracked us?"
"The ugly one, sir."
"...Could you be more specific?"

Yes. Each Mirror keeps track separately of "cards removed from the game with
Moonring Mirror", which is another way of saying "cards removed from the game
with <this permanent>". Both trigger at the beginning of your upkeep; you
resolve them separately, in reverse order from the way you stacked the two
triggered abilities, so you can have cards from all three "hands" in your hand,
at separate times, each upkeep if you want.

Exactly correct. If a Moonring Mirror leaves play (for any reason other than
phasing out), the cards it currently has stashed away are now stuck in the
removed-from-game zone, and can only be Wished or Ringed back.

Yep, exactly. You can swap whatever's currently in your hand for whatever that
Mirror currently has stashed away, each time the ability resolves. (We do not
have the technology at present to offer a door #3, or a goat behind any of the
doors...)
