Problem entering Inter-Toto Cup

Won the prem league for the 4th consecutive season yet ive only entered
champs lge once every other time im in the intertoto cup - i never get asked
if i want to enter the cups otherwise i would say no

Anyone else had this

Playing CM 03-04 - playing in english premier league so at least top 3
qualify - i always check the seedings for the champ lge and im seeded in the
1 group then next thing im playing a bloody inter toto cup - gutted cos im
in season 2010 and have built myself a great side but feel i must start
again ???????????
