Just bought New System

So I just bought a new system and I am trying to figure out a Vid card to get.

P4-2.4c
Abit Ic7-g
2 256mb OCZ PC3700 EL Gold
Maxor 250gig Serial
True 480 ps

I plan on Gaming, Playing, editing Video. I'm leaning towards the ATI9800 Pro AIW. I like the the options of All In Wonder.

Anything I should worry about by getting an All In Wonder card? I always thought the more crap the less performance?

What brand should I be looking at?

While i'm at it, Should I run win2k or XP Pro

I think the AIW is a good choice if you need the VIVO options. Its a good deal because its only a few bucks more expensive then the 9800. Xp pro is nice if you liek the eye candy and if you use lots of multimedia stuff, digital picture etc. But it will eat more ressources than 2k. So its a question of taste some like it, others prefer to stick non bloated 2k
