The tool bar has disappeared

My guess is that your taskbar somehow became hidden. To unhide, try moving your move where the taskbar used to be on your desktop and it should reappear.

If the taskbar is still not showing up, it may be auto-hidden. To unhide, follow these steps:

1. Open Taskbar and Start Menu Properties by clicking the Start button, clicking Control Panel, clicking Appearance and Personalization, and then clicking Taskbar and Start Menu.

2. On the Taskbar tab, under Taskbar appearance, clear the Auto-hide the taskbar check box, and then click OK. At this point you should be able to see the taskbar
