My budget is around £800

2. What is the size of the notebook that you are considering?
I am looking for a 13"

3. What screen resolution do you want?
Any res is fine really.

4. Do you need a portable or desktop replacement laptop?
Laptop

5. How much battery life do you need?
Doesn't matter.

6. Do you want to play games with your laptop? If so then please list the games that you want to with the settings that you want for these games. (Low,Medium or High)?
CoD MW3 (medium) Warcraft (high-ultra) Halo 3 / reach (medium - high)
various other titles (gta, far cry, resi) all around medium to high.

7. What other tasks do you want to do with your laptop? (Photo / Video editing,watching movies, Etc.)
Just watching movies

8. How much storage (Hard Drive capacity) do you need?
Anything is fine, if it has SSD thats a bonus but not a must.

9. If you are considering specific sites to buy from, please post their links.
Anywhere is ok.

10. How long do you want to keep your laptop?
2 years.

11. What kind of Optical drive do you need? DVD ROM/Writer,Bluray ROM/Writer,Etc ?
Dont need one.

12. Please tell us about the brands that you prefer to buy from them and the brands that you don't like and explain the reasons.
I like any brand except the really low budget ones like packard bell, compaq, fujitsu etc

Looking to buy asap, at the moment it looks like i will be getting the Alienware M11x R3 but was hoping for a slightly bigger screen (ive seen the r3 and it is just a tad too small for detail like warcraft) the M14 r3 is slightly too big.

The prices vary but you may be able to get the ASUS g53JW (15 inch). It's anywhere from $1000 (~800 Euro) to $1600 (1,200 Euro).
