Problem with video drivers

Hello,
i have a dell computer formerly workig with xp yesterday was installed windows 7 ad can not arrange the resolution only works with 600 x 800
any way to fix it?

Allow Windows to get you the updated drivers for yoiu video card through Windows updates - http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows7/Automatically-get-recommended-drivers-and-updates-for-your-hardware

If you think this is a video card driver issue and Windows Updates doesn't fix the problem, contact the video card's manufacturer for updated drivers.
