I get a warning dialog when I start Hotsync Mgr;

"The notifier file 'c\program~1\SonyPDA\PACKG~1\NPInstal.dll' was not
found. Notifiers are used by HotSync Manager to inform other
applications about synchronizations sessions. Please check you
configuration
to correct this problem.
HotSync Manager is skipping over this file."

All hotsync works fine with Treo and my PC but
it is annoying to see Warning.

Does anyone know how to stop or fix configuration?
I could not find the solution at PlamSource or other sites.

Appreciate your help.

It is alleged that akira claimed:

Using a Treo, but the path says Sony... I'd say a Dekstop reinstall is
called for. This should both clear up the problem and "fix" the path.

When I upgraded from a Clie to the Kyocera smartphone, I merely
installed the desktop stuff as an upgrade. When I upgraded to the
Treo, I opted for a cleaner install and removed the old chuff first and
then installed the new desktop stuff into its own path.
