where can we get info on getting replacement cd's for OEM versions?

Assuming your OEM will replace the CD, you need to contact them directly.
Note, however, that if you purchased an OEM CD from a vendor (not as part of
a system as you would from HP, Dell, eMachines, etc) then *you* are the OEM.
