I have recently tried Dell's service and support chat option and found
that their technical support people type far better english than they
speak. Making them far easier to communicate with.

The chat people seem to be able to do anything that the phone people can
as well making it easier overall.

Yeah, but all that does is let them express more clearly how there's nothing they
can do.
