I really do not get the list. Several phrases not including users, are said out of nowhere and the context switches on each sentence, so I can't understand the purpose of it.

Eden, the list is basically an ATI v. nVidia flame retardent.
It's a quick response when people become fanATIcs, nVidiots, EXTREMEists (<i>sic</i>), SISsies or MAT-heads (my term ).
It's like a general FAQ in a way too (as it will usually be used on nOObs), so CoolS added a few personal references to make the 'regulars' chuckle. Kinda like the FAQ circulating in the 'Others' section.
