Try a USB keyboard first....then its new keyboard time....did you spill liquid on it ?

I'd just replace the keyboard, they're cheap enough (for me) to not worry with trying to fix them.

That said, the problem is likely caused by something making a connection between the pads for the various keys on your keyboard. Space is clearly linked up with `, so every time you hit it you get both keys.

Take the keyboard apart (there are a LOT of pieces inside, be careful not to lose them) and try removing any debris. It's going to be a pain in the ass, so I'd really recommend just throwing it out.
