This deck i've been working on for over a year, and it used to be a
bad black deck revolving around the pestilence/urza's armor combo (yes
it does work.) And now it's turned into this:

19 swamp
3 stalking stones
(22 lands)

4 pestilence
4 dark ritual
4 isochron scepter
4 order of the ebon hand
3 urza's armor
3 barter in blood
3 innocent blood
3 consume spirit
3 shriveling rot
2 terror
2 funeral charm
2 promise in power
1 avatar of woe

Sideboard:
1 avatar of woe
1 urza's armor
1 consume spirit
1 barter in blood
2 funeral charm
1 stalking stones
1 decree of pain
2 plague wind

i need help, AND DON'T MENTION THOSE EDICTS! i would add them in,
imprint them on the icochron scepter, but i can't acquire them. And
where i could, they cost like 2 bucks each.

Since Edict is a sorcery, it can't be imprinted on the Scepter. However, it
can be imprinted on a Panoptic Mirror. And $2 isn't a bad price at all. At
most, you'll pay $10 for a playset of this extremely useful card. Here's
some places to try:

Are you talking about Diabolic Edict? That one is indeed an instant. Sells
for around the same price as Chainer's Edict and looks like there's plenty
of them available:

A simple card for this deck is bubling muck. You can't imprint it but
multiples are cumulative and it quickly can multiply your mana count.

sorry to post twice like this but another nifty combo for your deck is
crypt rats + loxodon warhammer + scythe of the wretched. It gains you
X times Y life where X is the mana you pay and Y is the number of
creatures + number of players, minus any damage that gets thru to you.
It also can take control of the entire board's creature collection,
excpet for pro-b and indestructibles. A fun combo to say the least.
Try that with maybe creatures who have come into play or leave play
triggered abilities and their temporary deaths won't seem so bad.
Grave pact can help take out those harder to kill creatures.

Panoptic Mirror or Spellweaver Helix could imprint Bubbling Muck.
