First the cards:

 Mesmeric Orb
 Artifact
 2

Whenever a permanent becomes untapped, that permanent's controller
puts the top card of his or her library into his or her graveyard.

 Gaea's Blessing
 Sorcery
 1G

Target player shuffles up to three target cards from his or her
graveyard into his or her library.Draw a card.
When Gaea’s Blessing is put into your graveyard from your library,
shuffle your graveyard into your library.

If I come across a Gaea's Blessing as I'm putting cards into
graveyard as a result of the Mesmeric Orb, do I shuffle grave into
library right then and there or do I finish putting cards from library
into grave and *then* shuffle into library?

The Orb triggers separately for each permanent that becomes untapped; these
triggered abilities all go on the stack at once (for stuff that untapped
during untap step, they have to wait until upkeep step before they can go
on the stack), and resolve one at a time. So if _one of_ the Orb abilities
resolves and the ONE card it puts into your graveyard is a Gaea's Blessing,
that Blessing triggers and its ability goes on the stack on top of everything
else waiting there to resolve. So you shuffle back in before dealing with any
of the remaining Orb triggered abilities, still waiting on the stack.
