Edonkey2000, Force Ip what does this mean ??

I know it had an Ip address on it. but now it just shows 0.0.0.0. That
can't be good ?

Anyway i would like to know. The program works very well for me.
But it seems to be slower now maybe the Force Ip thing is slowing it
down somehow ?
