What problems are you having with the deck? What sort of other decks
are you playing? Is this meant for multiplayer or duels? I know it is
a casual deck, but these sort of questions are helpful in terms of
addressing what needs changing.

Brain Freeze does not do enough heavy lifting here. Unless you are
playing at the end of an opponent's big turn, you are not likely to
have a large enough turn for it to be any more than one or two.

You have a deck with BB, UU, and RR cost spells. The multilands help,
but you are likely to still run into problems being able to cast all
of them. Fork is the most likely candidate for getting the axe.
Convert the two mountains into Polluted Delta to help with mana. You
don't have any means of mana acceleration which is significant
considering that you don't have anything that comes out before turn
three at the earliest. Consider some artifact mana sources.

If you configure the sideboard appropriately, you could maximize your
use of Burning Wish. Not only does it get Sorceries sitting there but
you can reuse things you've Recouped away.

You don't have any means of card drawing in your deck. Deep Analysis,
Fact or Fiction, or Concentrate fit the bill.
