Input Signal out of Range - sorted

Hey all, just thought some might like to know, i've fixed the problem with
the loss of display and the message "input signal out of range" from the
monitor

Tried every frequency and display configuration possible, but in the end it
turned out the graphics card was knackered. I've replaced it and all
working now.
