Need help syncing a Palm (Treo 650) with Evolution on FC3

I can't get gpilot to work on FC3 with a 2.6.11.5 kernel. I've done the
following, Created  
 
/etc/udev/permissions.d/10-visor.permissions  
ttyUSB1:$local:uucp:0660  
 
/etc/udev/rules.d/1--visor.rules KERNEL="ttyUSB1"
SYMLINK="pilot"  
 
Under Evolution I've brought up pilot settings, selected
/dev/pilot (I've also tried /dev/ttyUSB1), hit the hot sync button on the
cable, and then tried to do an initial sync. Nothing happens. The kernel
sees the Treo,

Might be better of posting to a Linux ng?  Look for one for the Linux
version you are using.
