Reading an NTFS partition

Will a machine booted from WinXP boot floppy be able to read an NTFS partition on a hard drive?

It will, but only with limited access (same as you use WinXP CD for Recovery console).

Good or Bad have no meaning at all, depends on what your point of view is.
