XP Hang During Installation

Hi,

Due to my PC always hang , I formatted HDD and re install XP again but it
give the same problem hang in the middle of installation, can anyone share
what cause that and can it be HDD be faulty?

The computer may not be getting enough power to the harddrive which is
what has happened with my computer for over a year now and 5 harddrives
have made an ominous continual clicking noise !
During the 1 year I remember at least one attempt to reinstall
Windows resulted in a stop during the process , but I think that also
may have been because I did not delete the existing Windows
installation first , which is vital .
