And you should be able to install your video card drivers as long as you're connected to the internet.
Install the video card. Power on and boot up - Windows should find 'New Hardware' and will likely have a driver it can use.
You can either visit AMD or Nvidia to get an updated driver or you can let Windows try and find one. Update a driver for hardware that isn't working properly
