I have created a remote desktop connection on my computer so that she can
access her desktop at work. I am running windows XP SP2. After setting up
the connection I get the following error message (even if we have not used
the RDA while the computer was on) every time I close out of Internet
Explorer, Netscape or FireFox.

"The instruction at "0x019f25b3" referenced memory at "0x021423e0". The
memory could not be "read". Click OK to terminate."

I have tried reformatting the computer. It works fine until I set up the
remote desktop access.

Some driver conflict is causing that. Perhaps the Event Viewer will contain the filename going bad.
