Hi all,

Besides Entomb and Buried Alive, are there any other
cards that let you search your library for creature
cards and dump them into the graveyard?

I've got the above cards (x4 Buried Alive, x1 Entomb) in
a casual Type 1 reanimator deck, along with some Wild
Mongrels for discard, but I was wondering if there were
additional cards out there that let me grab them right
out of the library for deposit in the 'yard.

Thanks!

Iname, Death Aspect from Champions of Kamigawa searches Spirits from your
library and puts them in the graveyard.

Iname, Death Aspect
4BB
Legendary Creature - Spirit
4/4
When Iname, Death Aspect comes into play, you may search your library for
any number of Spirit cards and put them into your graveyard. If you do,
shuffle your library.

Can potentially get many more creatures out of the library than Entomb or
Buried Alive, but is limited to Spirits.

Search your library for any three cards and reveal them. An opponent
chooses one. Put that card into your hand and the rest into your
graveyard. Then shuffle your library.

Doh! I should have included that in my original list. I switched
my Legend Bidding deck to Spirit Bidding, and Iname, Death Aspect
is definately in there. The deck actually is nastier now than it
was before since I can get all of my spirits in play with one
resolved Bidding. And as we know, bringing 4 copies of
Kokusho, the Evening Star into play is bad news for my opponents,
not includeing some Phantom Nishoba's and plenty of the other
nasty spirits from old sets and the new set! <G>

Still, discounting being able to discard Iname from hand with a
Wild Mongrel, that only leaves me with 5 cards in the deck that
can search Iname out and dump him in the graveyard.

I'll look into some of the Blue card options that were posted.
The deck actually used to be BGu, but I cut the Blue from it a
few months back. I might add it back in and see if it helps or
hurts the deck's consistancy.

Thanks for the suggestions guys!

And along the same line, gifts ungiven. (just increase each number by
1, and make the cards different)

Have you considered the old reanimator staple Hermit Druid?

Hermit Druid

Creature - Druid

G, T: Reveal cards from the top of your library until you reveal a
basic land card. Put that card into your hand and all other cards
revealed this way into your graveyard.

Lets you dump lots of stuff in the yard and fish lands out to boot!
