I'm sure it can be done, but i preferably want to do it within
unhinged. i'm nearly thinking that just dropping old fogey turn 2,
form of the squirrel turn 3 with a deck thats more than half land
should be game over.

Hmmm.... it should work. But please remember to not drop form of the
squirrl on turn 2... Old Fogey has echo and phasing, which basically
means it has Upkeep: GG every other turn. I would also add a portal of
some sort (think aether vial) to continue creature flow. Also, you
could use Lands that can be animated Like Treetop village for
reinforcement. Also try to have something in play that can protect the
squirrel token (whispersilk cloak, Shield of Kaldra, or lightning
greaves) b/c remember- you cannot cast spells while the form is out. A
good idea would be to have a pair of old fogeys, one played while the
other is phased out, so you always have a creature

It's worse than that, it's cumulative upkeep 1 also, Jim.

but it works out as only cumlative upkeep .5 doesn't it
