I have a problem with the black command window flickering for a second on my
computer every minute or so. Maybe longer but no matter what I'm doing it
flickers. How do I stop this ? I have had a firewall for a year, antivirus &
software I run to keep adware out. This started about 2 weeks ago. I was
doing something & right after doing it this has started happening. I cant
remember what I did to cause it to happen. How do I stop it ?

Go to Start/Run, and type MSCONFIG then look at the STARTUP TAB, to uncheck unwanted, checked items. all would be ok, you can always
recheck, if needed.
