Packard Bell has one of the nicest website of laptop makers. Great refined style, very practical to use.
If I ever bought a laptop based on the maker's website, I think it would be a Packard Bell.
Now, I googled Pav 80, and it's usually comes up like "Packard Bell DOT SEW-225HG Pav80", which is actually a netbook, and it's download support page can be reached by clicking on Netbook, dot, dot se on the webpage linked above.
No mention of "pav" there whatsoever.
I wonder, what "pav" stands for... even this won't help: http://www.acronymfinder.com/PAV.html
Maybe I should try this one: http://www.acronymattic.com/PAV.html
