Is it worth upgrading to Treo 600 from Tungsten W?

Hi all.
Currently using a Tungsten W to manage my PDA & phone calls. I would
like to get some feedback from Treo 600 users. Is it worth upgrading to
a new Treo 600? Or am I better off waiting for another year or so to
upgrade to a 650? Thanks in advance.
