I'm sure this has been asked 1000 times, but I don't feel like digging.
I'm looking for advice on where to buy a good laptop without OS and other software - I have a legit copy of XP Pro and Office from a dead desktop - and don't want to buy hardware and have to pay for M$ OS again. Any manufacturers who will ship a "blank" notebook (reliable, of course!)
Preferably with Intel's Pentium M Notebook CPU ... !

For Europe: Try <A HREF="http://www.jewelnotebooks.com" target="_new">Jewel english </A> or <A HREF="http://www.jewelnotebooks.nl" target="_new">dutch</A>, They are probably cheapest <A HREF="http://www.computerpirates.com" target="_new">here</A>
<A HREF="http://www.powernotebooks.com" target="_new">PowerNotebooks</A> or <A HREF="http://pctorque.com/" target="_new">PC Torque</A> ... and I bet there's a few more out there ... you might check ResellerRatings and see what you find there too.
