You can get a couple of programs to do this. I tried CardGate and CardExport.
Do a search on palmgear.com or even PalmOnes software site.

HS Visors are serial devices, not USB, so no.

Except that they're not.
In fact, Handspring was the first PDA manufacturer to come out with USB
Palm devices. Every Handspring I've ever owned has been USB, but you can
as with any Palm, get a serial cradle or cable as an option.
But Handsprings are most-definitely USB devices.
Unless you're just being pedantic. USB _is_ a serial device.
