16 hours to download

hi, i have just installed new software from an internet site,eTomi Pro
Mp3WebMusic,to be able to download music and movies,i have downloaded music
ok,within about 4-5 min,but i am downloading a movie so far it has been
downloading for 16hours and still going,please help as i have paid £30 for
this site,
does anyone know what i am doing wrong.i am broadband with wanadoo.
i am new to all this so when you reply,easy steps please.
