when i play neverwinter nights on 1280x1024 reso with 60 hz, and no AA, the graphics get pretty choppy and slow. Is that too much for the radeon 9800 pro to handle?

Your Radeon should be able to do the job...

What´s the rest of your system, CPU, RAM?

What type of monitor are you using, 60Hz seems very low, and what type of OS are you running?

It must be a gamebug. It will probably be fixed with a patch or a game update.

My OS features preemptive multitasking, a fully interactive command line, & support for 640K of RAM!

update your video driver and nwn, the new nwn updates you can do 2xaa and 8xaf smoothly with nwn

According to Phial's post not even the newest drivers have the fix yet.

P.S. Thanks for changing your mind about leaving Phial.

My Radeon LE (an early version of the Radeon 7200) plays that game just fine, or at least it did when I tried it. Then I figured out how much the game sucked and quit.
