i can't get into google. it doesn't load have i been hijacked if so how do i

when i type in www.ggole.com i get
http://?%20www.google.com

any ideas

Then download Ad-aware from www.lavasoftusa.com and perform a scan. Do the same for MS Antispyware (beta):
