Dell 720 Trial Cartidges refilling

Hi

Having read some of the previous threads people have suggested that they
have refilled these cartridges. The color cartridge has a blue top to it
that looks very firmly sealed to the rest of the cartridge. As this appears
to be the only access to the cartridge how are they refilled?
