Greeting
As the Subject stated, what's HydraVision from ATI?
sounds easy question, but I don't know what's this.. :tongue:
OK, I know it's sth that we can use for Multi-monitor/desk right? if so, does that work only for CRT monitor?
Thanks in advance for any answers~

i have done that before. But it's on my GFFX 5200.
I was able to use dual-monitor using the TV-out feature with my video card.

It's a 15" CRt and a 21" TV.

That means hydravision is a part of the ATI catalyst driver. And ati's driver suck, so the video card multimonitor support will also be sucky.

One thing that i realized while using the tv-out feature in nvidia nview. Is that the text looks so blurry and cannot almost be read.

Whoooa!...I totally disagree with you there. Catalyst drivers are awsome

Is Catalysts 3.7 already out.
Maybe it would fix some of the bugs with hydravision.

And nView is just a crap version of Matrox's MutliHead support. :tongue:

Ahh don't settle for sucky dual-monitor support, go for the KING of multi-omnitors, get Matrox, you can do dual destop (not just extended) and also get support for up to 16 monitors if you buy the right cards, and 3 monitors with just one card (2 kinds Parhellia and P750).

Oh well, Hydravision has worked for me without fail, but that may just be my experience.

return of an old fav;

ATI SUX, nVidia BLOWS, and MAtrox gives good Multi-head!

I downloaded Hydravision and installed it, but I don't know how to get it work, what I want to do is to watch movie at Full Screen on TV, and do things at same time on the primary CRT monitor..
