As there is no way for us to verify your ownership of the product we are not allowed to give advice on how to get past security features on this site. There are ways to do it, but you will not find your answer here.

In the future, always put your passwords in a safe and secure place. For example; you could write it down and place it on the side panel of your case behind your mobo where nobody would look, or on the underside of a middle drawer in your desk, or some other conspicuous location that you can access if you really truly forget.

also, WRITING IN ALL CAPS ANNOYS PEOPLE AND WILL MAKE IT LESS LIKELY TO FIND PEOPLE WILLING TO GIVE YOU GOOD ADVICE
