try booting up in to safe mode and running those programs. Also try going
through the registry and doing a search for isearch and remove anything you
find that says isearch.

Start / Run type in regedit click OK

I has this issue here at work once and I had to do a reinstall of the hard
drive because I couldn't get it off.

I just did a search on Google about removing isearch toolbar and try this
link

http://www.spyany.com/program/article_spw_rm_ISearch.html

Good luck
