Wind7 Taskbar Preview Icon

You know by default w7 displays a miniature thumbnail preview of the window in the taskbar when you hover over it? Well I uninstalled my ATI GPU drivers and reinstalled them. Ever since I did that I do not see the fancy thumbnail preview image but instead a boring text version. How can I restore it to the original thumbnail preview?
