More BAD News for nV (can you/they handle more?)

Well it looks like there's been a little financial 'optimization' going on at nV. Check out this Inquirer article. Wonder if the SEC has the judicial clout to call it outright 'cheating'.

When it rains, it FAQin' Floods!

This crime happened in Spring 2000. This isn't recent news. But it still puts Nvidia in a bad-light in their trackrecord. More dishonesty, ughgmph!

My OS features preemptive multitasking, a fully interactive command line, & support for 640K of RAM!

Yes the CRIME is old, however the findings/decision of the SEC is recent. Remember everyone is innocent until proven guilty. Well looks like it's the start of the penalty phase and some level of guilt has been determined, but obviously 'liability' hasn't been determined (this is very important for civil suits that could easily have followed by investors).

Still it's just another black eye for an already bruised company.
