Its NOT the bios....need EXACTLY what happening....???

thnx for your reply. i have resolved the problem. it was due to incompatible antivirus. i started the laptop in safe mode and opened the hp assistant and then uninstalled the antivirus and further diagnosed hard disc, all drivers and battery and then restarted the computer. and it worked. after restart the laptop started in normal mode and now its working normally.
