Ever since I installed Service Pack 2, and every time I update the computer
or when I start up SBC Browser, I always get in the following order:
1. Windows Installer: Preparing to Install
2. "Error 1606. Could not access network location []:."
3. And this pop up occurs 4 times in a row every time i open up a browser,
when i update windows, and when I install any kind of program.

I already searched this error and i got a couple results, but all the
resolutions to "solve" this issue, did not solve it.

Please Help!
