How long I can use my battery after the message comes that I should replace a ne

I have been using my laptop for long than 2years and a half, like two weeks ago I got a notification that I should consider replacing my battery.

I can not afford to get a new battery immediately, how much time do I still have as I need to use the same battery for the time being.

You can use it as long as you want... the time it will last will just get shorter and eventually you'll be stuck just using it plugged in

Dell lappies give this message when ONLY 50% used..its a con basically...

Keep using the battery as said above until its down to an unmanageable time....say 10 minutes to 20 minutes...

If you always keep it plugged in you can use it forever...
