ASUS still has not replied to me, UPS Picked up the motherboard and delivered it to ASUS for evaluation and I have still have not heard from them. They are impossible to get ahold of via e-mail or Phone. I guess I'll have to have my lawyer contact them. I'm taking them to court, even though it's costing me more than a 225.00 moboard, it's about the principle of recieving sucky service.

UPS Had picked up my motherboard to return to ASUS. they tell me it will be delivered to you tomorrow. Please contact me as soon as you recieve the motherboard so I can provide you an accurate shipping address as I have moved since ASUS is taking their sweet time in rectifying this situation. If you were a reputable company I would have my motherboard by now and would be happy. You can contact me at xxx xxx xxxx at any time. Please be advised I'm EST not PST so plan accordingly before you call. Your non-responsiveness in this issue has led me to believe you do not care about my complaint, this is fine. If I do not hear from you within 1 day after you recieve merchandise which I have paid for then I will file a small-claims lawsuit against your company for the price of the motherboard and damages. This incident has gone on far too long and I'm getting tired of dealing with ASUS, I have already retained an attorney to represent my case. This has gone far beyond a 225.00 motherboard, now it's strictly a matter of principle. If you would like to avoid a lawsuit then please contact me, otherwise you can see me in court.

I do hope that ASUS will learn their lesson for giving bad customer support.

ASUS e-mailed me last night, a couple hours after this was posted (I told them I posted it) They are advance shipping me a motherboard P4C800 and I should have it by tomorrow. It's still outragious on how a customer has to complain out the yin-yang to get some decent service. I cant believe the company is run how it is and still manages to pick up business.

well, frankly, I got a ASUS mobo as well. As far as I know, their motherboard and all their cards give very good performance and stability and they are well known of that. That's how they got their business...
